Pierced Earrings — Final Sale

For hygiene and health reasons, all pierced earrings are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy applies to all earring styles that are designed to pass through the ear, including studs, hoops, and drop earrings.

If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at llanderejewelry@gmail.com or 1-(204)-299-9072 and I will make it right.

To be eligible for a return you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once I receive your item you have the option of a full refund or repair if needed. I will notify you of the status of your refund after I inspect the item.
I will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund based on the time frame indicated by your card issuers policy.
