Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post rates for your location and package size. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50 CAD!

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch via Canada Post.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Llandere Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
