Every piece of jewelry tells a story. At Llandere Jewelry, that story begins in nature.
I'm Patricia Collins, the maker and heart behind Llandere Jewelry. From the very beginning, my inspiration has come from the world around me — the soft blush of a wildflower, the quiet shimmer of morning light on water, the earthy warmth of natural stones. Nature has always felt like the most honest kind of beauty, and that's exactly what I want every Llandere piece to reflect.
Some of my best ideas come on walks along the lake near my home in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba — usually with my faithful companion Nova trotting beside me. There's something about being outdoors, breathing in the fresh air, watching the light change on the water, that opens up a kind of creativity that no studio ever could. Nova has been with me through it all, and in her own way, she's part of the Llandere story too. 🐾
How It All Began
My journey into jewelry making wasn't born from a business plan — it was born from a deep love of natural materials and a desire to create something meaningful with my hands. I was drawn to the way a simple stone or a delicate metal could be transformed into something that someone would wear close to their heart, every single day. That connection between maker and wearer is something I never take for granted.
Working from my home, I handcraft each piece with care and intention. No two pieces are exactly alike — and that's the point. Just like nature itself, there's beauty in the imperfections, the uniqueness, the quiet details that reveal themselves slowly.
What Llandere Means to Me
My collections — from delicate bracelets and earrings to rings and brooches — are designed to feel like a second skin. Something you reach for not because it's flashy, but because it feels like you. I'm particularly drawn to birthstones and birth flowers as design inspiration. There's something deeply personal about wearing the gem or bloom that marks the month you came into the world.
Made With Love, Worn With Meaning
When you wear a Llandere piece, my hope is that you feel connected — to nature, to yourself, and to the hands that made it. Every piece is made with that intention.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Whether you've been with me from the beginning or you're just discovering Llandere for the first time — welcome. I'm so glad you're here. 💍🌿
