Llandere Jewelry uses the Sendle shipping service for the best price for our customer.  Sign up to my newsletter for updates.

Please allow 3-4 days processing time. Shipments within Canada take approximately 1 -2 weeks, pending bad weather or uncontrolled delays. Shipments to the USA have been suspended for the time being. Sign up to my newsletter for updates. Llandere Jewelry is not responsible for delays. 
International customers are responsible for paying duties. Llandere Jewelry does not collect and pay duty.

Returns

The colours of all products are close to the actual colour. The colour shade might be different from one computer monitor to another. All descriptions specification and particulars supplied are approximate only.

To be eligible for a return you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive your item you have the option of a refund (minus shipping and taxes) or repair if needed. I will notify you of the status of your refund after I inspect the item.

I will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund based on the time frame indicated by your card issuers policy.
